[^ Geirail Gunpla]
Made my first Gundpla kit recently! The High-Grade Geirail from Iron-Blooded Oprhans, a series I've only watched about 4 episodes of so far and watched 0 of when I bought the kit at a a local hobby store lol.
While I got the Geirail from a hobby store, the G-Self in the background was a direct online purchase included with getting some model making supplies since tbh the G-Self is probably my favorite main Gundam design and there's no way I'm ever going to find a kit of it in person lmao. And unlike IBO I have actually watched all of the Reconguista in G movies and it's proooobably my fav series of the ones I've seen in their entirety so far (Witch from Mercury, GquX, and Re:Rise) not that I think G-Reco is *better* than something like Witch from Mercury (but arguably maybe I think it's better than GquX sorry lol).
..I guess I've also technically seen the compilation movies of the original series before GquX (which really didn't feel necessary to watch that series lol) but it was done while in a fugue state at two in the morning in voice calls where I was barely keeping my eyes open. I think I'll go back and watch the original series proper sometime.
Oh yea I've also been messing with stylings on Linux Mint recently too and since I've been using a G-Self wallpaper I suppose I might as well include that here lol.

Got evil with it and started using a dock via a fork of Plank and put a mini panel at the top instead of having my rightside taskbar that I normally used. Oh and finally started using desklets lol. Anyways I think it looks pretty clean
Sorry for not updating the blog lately, just haven't had anything that's felt too pressing to share or write down. But it is relaxing to sit down and just type a bunch of stuff sometimes and I miss that lol, almost as calming as... building gunpla..??? Woaaaa it all segues back to the beginning that's crazyyyyy, anyways hope to get back to updating the site a bit more soon, I expect a big ramble about Reconguista in G when I get the G-Self done lmao
